Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties. Learned Advocate for respondent No. 1, on instructions, states that he seeks

905-wp-10646-2018 with connected.doc permission to withdraw the application for membership with liberty to file a fresh application.

If a fresh application is filed, the authorities under the Act shall decide the same in accordance with law. 3.

It shall be open for the society to raise all such contentions as are available in law.

With this clarification, the petition stands disposed of. 5.

If such fresh application is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of filing thereof. 6.

In view of the above, the contempt petition does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
