Contempt is alleged of the order dated 21st August 2024 granting stay to the impugned order of apportionment. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said order was immediately communicated to Respondent No.1 on 22nd August 2024 and despite thereof on 31st August 2024 the amount was disbursed by Respondent No.1.

Issue notice to the Respondent No.1 returnable on 11th November 2024. In addition, the Petitioners to serve the Respondent No.1 by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date. It is made clear that the notice is not issued in exercise of contempt rsk 1 of

24-CP-548-2024..doc jurisdiction as contemplated under Chapter XXXIV of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
