The order which is allegedly breached is passed by the City Civil & Sessions Court. The petitioner has remedy of initiating proceedings under Order XXXIX Rule 2A or Order XXI Rule 32 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in light of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Kanwar Singh Saini vs. High Court of Delhi, 2012 (2) SCC (Cri.,) 423.

In that view of the matter, keeping all contentions of the petitioner open to be agitated before the Trial Court, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
