Mr. Ingale, learned Advocate for the Respondent-Society submits that so far as to clear the dues of the Petitioners, they have put their property for auction and they have received five bids. Now they will be approaching the Charity Commissioner for seeking permission to sale the property. 2.

Mr. Ingale, learned Advocate for the Respondent-Society further submits that within one week the application will be filed to the Charity Commissioner.

If such an application is filed, the Charity Commissioner shall decide it on its own merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
