After going through the lis and the dispute raised in the present Contempt Petition, this Court is prima facie of the opinion that the issue needs to be reconciled between the parties in view of the various orders passed which are subject matter of the present proceedings. Positive inclination is shown by Respondents who are leading Realty Company in Mumbai through their Advocate. Hence request is made to both the parties to attempt reconciliation and apprise the Court accordingly on the next adjourned date.
