Heard Mr. Lad, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Damle, learned Senior Advocate and Mr. Kanade, learned Advocate for Respondents.

Without giving any imprimatur on the facts in the present matter, statement made by Mr. Damle, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondents, that Respondent No.1 shall deposit amount of Rs.1.8 Crore in this Court in two tranches, 50% within the next 15 days and the balance 50% within the next 15 days thereafter, request is made to the Court to purge the contempt. The said statement is accepted.

Though Mr. Lad, learned Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner, has persuaded me to consider his submissions, in view of the aforesaid statement of Mr. Damle, it would be appropriate to see if the money is deposited, pursuant to which this Court shall hear further submissions of Petitioner and pass appropriate orders accordingly. 4.

Needless to state that any amount that is deposited in the Court shall be invested as per the guidelines by the Registry of this Court.

Liberty to apply, if necessary.
