Heard Mr. Prathamesh Mandlik, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Satyavrat Joshi along with Ms. Reena Prajapati, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1.

At the outset, Mr. Mandlik, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have been made party under the impression that all parties to the Writ Petition should be made parties to the Contempt Petition. He seeks deletion of names of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

Accordingly, leave as aforesaid is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.
Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 tenders banker's cheque of Rs.7,70,000/- in the name of the Petitioner. Thus, the statement of the Respondent which has been recorded by the learned Single Judge in paragraph 5 of the Order dated 13th August 2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 1288 of 2023 is complied with.

Respondent No.1, who is present in Court tenders unconditional apology. The same is accepted.

Thus, no action needs to be taken in the Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of in above terms.
