Contempt is alleged of the order dated 16th July 2024 by which this Court had held that the license of the Petitioner's establishment stands revived.

Learned AGP submits that the original license is with the Petitioner whereas the contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that the original license is with Department. He would also submit that as the license under Bombay Shops and Establishment Act, 2017 had expired, license will have to be applied for. 3.

Let affidavit be filed by the Respondents before the next date. 4.

Stand over to 10th December 2024.
