1) The Contempt Petition was listed yesterday when the Petitioner appeared in person. She requested for an adjournment on account of inability of her advocate to remain present. Accordingly, at her request, the Contempt Petition has been listed today. However, today again the Advocate for the Petitioner has failed to remain present. Proxy Advocate requests for adjournment. Additionally, Instead, the Petitioner has also appeared in person through Video Conferencing.
2) It appears that the order has already been complied with as the custody of the daughter has been handed over to the Petitioner on 29 June 2025.

She also requests for non-disposal of the Contempt Petition on the ground that Respondent may violate in future the order of weekly access and not return custody of the daughter. I am afraid this apprehension cannot be a reason for keeping the Contempt Petition pending forever. In the event violation of order occurs, Petitioner would be at liberty to move this Court again.
