This is a Contempt Petition. On 25.10.2024, Respondent was directed to file Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from that date.

Today, Mr. Rattesar has mentioned the matter at the time of rising requesting the Court to extend the time, since he would submit that Reply was infact filed, but due to certain reasons, the same could not be lodged in the Registry.

Time for filing Affidavit-in-Reply is extended by a further period of one week from today. Registry / Department is directed to take the same on record.
