1.

Heard Ms. Chitre, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner, Ms. Kataria, learned Advocate for Respondent (through VC). 2.

I have perused the various orders passed by this Court. Without delineating anything on facts or merits of the matter, Ms. Kataria would inform the Court that Respondent No.1 shall give access to the Petitioner to meet his son on this Saturday i.e. 14th December, 2024. She would inform the Court that she has all details of the Petitioner and would inform him the time for meeting his son at the same place where he has met him earlier.

3.

The Respondent is directed by this Court to ensure that access is given because this is a contempt proceeding before me. I am keeping this matter for compliance on next Wednesday, on 18th

2-CP-594-2024.doc December, 2024 on which date parties shall inform the Court as to what transpired on Saturday, and whether Petitioner has been allowed to meet his son. Subject to that further order will be passed in the present Petition on the next adjourned date.

4.
