Heard Ms. Chitre, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Ms. Pawar, Respondent in-person appearing through Video Conference. 2.
Today, I have interacted with Respondent on Video Conference. Her Advocate had informed me on the previous date that she was out of town. On 11.12.2024, order was passed and the parties informed me that said order is complied with. Certain exigency is expressed by Respondent in view of the fact that the visitation hours are from 02:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m. in the afternoon on every Saturday. She would inform the Court that since the child returns from school at around at 01:30 p.m., it becomes very difficult for her to manage the visitation hours and in that view of the matter, she would persuade the Court to pass appropriate directions.
3.CP.594.2024.doc 3.
At this juncture, I have persuaded and requested both the parties who are present before Court, Respondent is present online and Petitioner is present in Court alongwith his Advocate that to begin with they will have to adhere to the orders of the Court to the extent about the timing. Respondent has agreed to permit visitation rights as directed by Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chiplun in the Court premises between 03:30 p.m. to 05:30 p.m. on the day directed by the Court in its order every week. Petitioner before me has also agreed to the above changed timings.
4.
I direct the parties to comply with the aforesaid directions for next three weeks. Parties shall, inform the Court about compliance of the same on the next adjourned date. At the same time, Respondent has certain reservations and informs the Court about certain issues. I have informed her that the same can be put on Affidavit after consulting her Advocate. If any Affidavit is required to be filed, same shall be filed before the next adjourned date. 5.
