Learned Advocate Mr.Vedant Chhajed appearing for Respondent No.2 made a statement that he will file Vakalatnama in due course and that, the Respondent No.2 Bank has defreezed the Bank account of the Petitioner. As such the Petitioner has no difficulty in operating the said account. However, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner stated that there is dispute about the amounts to be deposited by the Petitioner. Hence, he seeks time to file additional Affidavit. 2) Stand over to 4th December 2024.
