Respondent No. 3 Manuj Jindal who is arrayed as accused/ Contemnor No. 3, has been served with a notice of contempt of Court issued under the format prescribed, by the earlier Bench. He is not present in the Court hall. Pay fixation as well as payment of pension as ordered by this Court vide order dated 6th December, 2021 is also not done. The order dated 6th December, 2021 is partly complied with. 2.

Mr. Manuj Jindal is not present in the Court hall despite the notice having been issued in the format prescribed, on the plea that he is Vishal Parekar ...1

912-cp-602-2024.odt now transferred. We are, therefore, issuing Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- to secure his presence in the Court on 4th May, 2026. 3.

We are also informed that the affidavit in reply has been filed on 12th March, 2025 by Mr. Rohan Ghuge, the In-charge Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Thane. We are informed that he is also now transferred. He has made a partial compliance of the order of this Court. Now Mr. Ranjit Yadav has taken over as C.E.O. of Zilla Parishad, Thane in November, 2025. He also has not obeyed a part of the order of this Court. Liberty to add the afore-stated two Chief Executive Officers of Thane Zilla Parishad, as Respondents. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

We had earlier issued contempt notice to Mr. Manuj Jindal. The In-charge, C.E.O. Mr. Rohan Ghuge has made partial compliance of the writ order. Therefore, issue a simple notice to the added two Respondents returnable on 4th May, 2026. List this Petition in the 'Urgent Supplementary Board'.
