The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that steps were taken for challenging the judgment dated 10/05/2024 passed in Writ Petition No.904 of 2024. He seeks time to obtain further instructions as regards the proposal in that regard.

We find that the aforesaid judgment was pronounced on 10/05/2024, however, it's effect was stayed for a period of four weeks thereafter. The period of almost six months has elapsed, but the petitioner has not been reinstated.

Hence, issue notice before admission to the respondents, returnable on 09/12/2024. It is open for the petitioner to issue private notice to the respondents in addition. [ RAJESH S. PATIL, J. ] [ A.S.
