Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The order breached is dated 24th August, 2020 passed by this Court. Paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of the Order read thus:- "6.
After hearing learned Counsel for the parties and on due consideration, we direct respondent no.1 i.e. State of Maharashtra through the Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department to take on board petitioner's revision application stated to have been filed on 4th August, 2020 under Section 451 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Till disposal of the revision application as above, status-quo Amk 1/2
22-cp 621-24.doc as regards the boundary wall of the petitioner vis-a-vis respondent nos.8, 9 and 10 shall be maintained."

Learned AGP submitted that pursuant to the Order passed, the revision was taken up for hearing. Our attention is invited to the Minutes recorded on 24th November, 2021. However, there is nothing on record to indicate that the copy of the decision has been served on the petitioner. It is therefore directed that copy of the decision be served on the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. If the revision is not yet heard, only in the interest of justice, we extend the time for decision on the revision by a further period of eight weeks from today. In case, the revision is not decided or the Order thereon is not communicated within a period of eight weeks from today, liberty to apply for revival of the contempt petition. For a period of eight weeks from today, the operation of paragraph No.7 shall continue.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
