Navanath Vanave, is sought to be withdrawn by the succeeding Education Inspector Western Division of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, since Mr. Vanave has retired. We are informed that the judgment of the Writ Court will be implemented in letters and spirit by passing an order, on or before 18th October, 2025. 2.
