Heard learned Advocate for the Contempt Petitioners / Claimants in the Claims Petitions before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Mumbai ("MACT - Mumbai"). Their claim was decided. During the pendency of the First Appeal, there was direction given by the learned Single Judge. It is in two parts:- (i) Withdrawal is allowed for part of the amount (ii) Rest of the amount is to be deposited in fixed deposit. 2.
The Appeal is finally disposed of. This Contempt Petition is for Satish Sangar 1/2
29-CP-633-2024.doc non-compliance of the directions to deposit the remaining amount in FDR. The Respondent No.1 is the Registrar whereas the Respondent No.2 is the Account Officer working on the establishment of the MACT. The Respondent No.1 has filed Affidavit. Learned APP represent him. Learned APP seeks time to take instructions. 3.
