At the threshold, Mr. Patil, Learned Counsel on behalf of the Respondents has stated that all the grievances of the Petitioner have been resolved but the Petitioner is not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.

In these circumstances, he has prevailed upon his client to propose a full and final settlement by cutting a cheque of Rs.1.15 lakhs, which would completely address all grievances of the Petitioner against the Respondent.
