Vide order dated 15th December 2025 we have observed that M/s. M. V. Kini and Company, Advocates appeared for the Respondent No. 3. Counsel for the Petitioner was directed to inform the said irm about the next date of hearing. It appears that thereafter nobody has caused appearance on behalf of Respondent No.3. 2.

Today, Ms. Talekar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has prima facie made out a case to show that Respondent No.3 and authorities have not complied with the directions given by this Court. In the light of this, we direct the Respondent No. 3 to personally remain present in this Court on 13th February 2026 at 2.30 p.m. Patil-SR 1 of
