We are satisfied that a prima facie case of wilful and intentional violation of the order passed by this Court has been made out. This is also 2/3
bearing in the minds of the Court that another set of employees had taken out contempt proceedings in this Court and such petitions were disposed of with a direction to the contemnors-respondents to comply with the writ Court's order.

In the aforesaid background, the contemnors-respondents are put to notice that on the next date of hearing if a plausible explanation is not offered by them for not complying the writ Court's order non-bailable warrant of arrest shall be issued against them . 4.
