1) Mr. Pethe, the learned counsel appearing for RespondentsPune Municipal Corporation has placed on record copy of letter dated 23 September 2024 by which Petitioner is reinstated in service retrospectively w.e.f. 28 March 2024. He would further submit that beyond 27 September 2024 also further order is issued for appointment of the Petitioner. He would further submit that the entire arrears of salary from 28 March 2024 shall be paid to the Petitioner within a period of one month.
