The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the Collector / District Magistrate, Daman has on 7th February 2025 decided the proceedings under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. In that view of the matter, the directions issued in Writ Petition No.9117 of 2024 stands complied.

Needless to state that it is open for the petitioner to seek implementation of the order dated 7th February 2025 in accordance with law.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
