1] Pursuant to the order dated 19/12/2024 affidavit-in-reply has been filed on behalf of respondent no.3. It has been stated therein that after considering the matter, Revenue Authorities have sought instructions from the Ministry of Revenue and Forest. In paragraph 5 of the affidavit, it is stated that the matter is still pending with the said Department. It is further stated that on 10/01/2025 the Grampanchayat has withdrawn the earlier notice dated 12/12/2024 on the basis of which petitioners' possession was being disturbed.
