He further submits that the private notice has also been effected on the Respondent and affidavit of service dated 4 September, 2025 has already been filed through e-filing. 3) DV proceedings filed by the wife seeks transfer of the proceedings filed by the husband from Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune to the Family Court at Bandra. It is submitted on behalf of the Applicant that the Applicant is staying with her old age parents. The maintenance amount has not been paid by the Respondent from the

4) Hence, till the next date, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
