This is a transfer application, seeking that the divorce petition filed by the wife be transferred.

Ms. Patel, appearing for the Respondent, on instructions submits that she has no objections if proceedings are transferred from Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khed, Ratnagiri, to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune.

Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of. In terms of prayer clause (b) which read as under: (b) The Marriage Petition No.104/2024 filed by the Respondent before the Hon'ble Court of Civil Judge Senior Divison, Taluka -Khed, District Ratnagiri, be transferred before Hon'ble Civil Judge Senior Division Court, District Pune;
