This is a transfer Application filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent, seeking transfer of the Matrimonial Petition No. 63 of 2023 filed by the Respondent - husband before learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Margao, Goa.

There is a specific averment made in the Application that the Applicant and the Respondent are staying in the United Kingdom and the Applicant - wife is pursuing the present proceeding through her mother, being Power of Attorney. It is submitted that it is difficult for her mother to attend the Court proceedings by travelling from Dombivali, Thane to Goa.
