The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that attempt was made, to serve, the Respondent on the address which was given in the Marriage Petition, which was filed by the Respondent. However, the Respondent is not residing on this address. He further submits that he trying to get the fresh address of the Respondent and seeks time.

Three weeks time granted to supply fresh address of the Respondent, issue notice thereafter, to the Respondent, returnable on 6th August 2024.

In addition, the Applicant to serve the Respondent through Advocate, who appeared for the Respondent before the Trial Court.
