Ms. Seema Pandey, appearing for the Applicant, submits that due to inadvertence, copies of the application were not supplied to the Registry for effecting service on the Respondent. She volunteer to pay a cost of Rs.2500/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay.

The Applicant is permitted to pay a cost of Rs.2500/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay within a period of one week from today.

Issue fresh notice to the Respondent, returnable on 3rd October 2025.

Apart from court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent, by all permissible modes of service and file Affidavit of Service before the next date of hearing.
