Both the counsel on instructions of their clients and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of their clients as interim measure are ready to agree to the following terms. (i) The Applicant / Husband would pay a sum of Rupees 50,000/- per month in the bank account of the Respondent, on the fifteenth day of every month starting from September 2025 till the interim maintenance application is decided towards the expenses of Arvann Bhatty.

(ii) The Applicant would be meeting his son on the weekend for about two hours in the Otters club, Bandra West. During the said two hours the Respondent / wife could be around but would not Sharada
