The respondent though served, none has entered appearance. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/wife submits that applicant and respondent got married on 25.03.1979 and out of the marriage they have two children and they are major. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that both the parties initially stayed at Wadala and she has been thrown out of her house and she now stays at Roha in her parental house. The respondent has filed divorce proceedings at Family Court, Bandra. She submits that although applicant and respondent stays together for 43 years after retirement of the respondent, the respondent started acting aggressively towards the applicant and he threw her out from the matrimonial house and in the circumstances, the applicant has become helpless and she would not be able to defend the divorce proceedings 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 27-MCA-33-24.doc initiated by the respondent/husband in the Family Court, Bandra. She submits that respondent/husband is presently staying in Alibag i.e. his native place and it would be convenient for the parties if the matter be transfer to the Family Court, Alibag.
