By this application, the applicant seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 130 of 2023, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli, to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, where another petition filed by the applicant under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act is pending.

In reply, the application is opposed; however, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent concedes to the transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 130 of 2023 to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur. That apart, convenience of the wife is required to be considered. In view of above and considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the application is allowed. Shubham

Considering all the contentions, the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 130 of 2023 pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli, is directed to be transferred to the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur.
