DATE : 21 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr.Gharte, learned advocate appearing for the respondent-husband submits that in the present proceedings, the applicant-wife has sought transfer of proceeding under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the respondent-husband before the Nashik Family Court to the Family Court at Mumbai. He submits that he has specific instructions from his client that the respondenthusband is withdrawing Section 9 proceeding filed before the Family Court at Nashik. Therefore, according to him, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application has become infructuous. Statement

ORDER

(a) Petition No. A-114 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Nashik, hereby stands withdrawn. (b) In view of the same, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed off.
