Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The office report indicates that the applicant has not furnished a copy of the application for service of notice on the respondent.

The applicant shall supply the spare copy of the application for service of notice on the respondent within a period of one week. 4.

In case, the spare copy is supplied, issue notice to the respondent returnable 25th April, 2025.

5.

If the spare copy of the application is not supplied, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
