DATE : 9 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) After this matter was argued for some time, both the learned advocates in all fairness, on instructions from their respective clients submit that this Miscellaneous Civil Application can be disposed off with certain directions.

2) Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed off with following directions :- (i) Hearing of the Marriage Petition No.

76/2023 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasco, Goa is hereby expedited. (ii) The applicant wife is permitted to attend

KVM 2/2 45 - MCA 39 OF 2025.doc the said proceedings through video conferencing and whenever necessary, as per the order of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Goa, she will physically attend the proceedings.

(iii) Whenever the applicant attends the proceedings physically before the Court, the respondent husband would pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- per hearing, as charges towards travelling and accommodation of the applicant and a person accompanying her, for the hearing. The said amount has to be paid atleast 48 hours before the scheduled date.
