The matter was referred to mediation and mediation is successful. However, in terms of the draft consent terms, both the parties submit that the matter can be kept sine-die for a period of one year and in terms of the consent terms, if the parties are able to reside together for one year, thereafter they would withdraw all proceedings. 2.
However, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending and dispose of the application with liberty to either of the parties to restore the present application in the event the consent terms are not worked out.
