By this Miscellaneous Civil Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of proceedings bearing Petition A No.1983 of 2024 from learned Family Court, Pune to learned Family Court, Kolhapur.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent, on instructions, states that there is no objection to transfer the proceedings as prayed, and further requests that an additional direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the matter.

Accordingly, Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) Digitally signed by SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE Date:

The transfer shall be effected preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of Bombay High Court.

Upon receipt of the papers and proceedings, the learned Family Court, Kolhapur shall issue notice to the parties, preferably within three weeks, and proceed with the matter expeditiously.

6.

The Respondent shall be at liberty to apply for permission to appear before the learned Family Court, Kolhapur via video conferencing in the event he is unable to remain personally present. Any such application shall be considered by this Court on its own merits.

7.

The learned Family Court, Kolhapur may endeavour to dispose of this matter preferably within a period of one year from the date of uploading of this order on the website of Bombay High Court.

8.

Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

9.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this Order.
