Mr. Khedia, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is a resident of Mumbra, District Thane. She is a homemaker who resides along with three years old daughter. The respondent, her husband is having business at Boisar, District Palghar which is very near to District Thane. He submits that the respondent, husband with ulterior motive had filed divorce proceedings at Aurangabad, which is 350 kms. away from Thane. He submits that Advocate Bhagwan Gaikwad from Aurangabad is appearing for the respondent, husband and he was supposed to
Diksha Rane 8 MCA 462025.doc attend the proceeding through video conferencing and according to him, he was in the waiting room, however, due to technical glitch, he has not been shown in the waiting room.

In order to permit the respondent, husband to appear in the present proceeding, as a matter of last chance, stand over to 1 December 2025.

Ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue until further order.
