Mr. Kedia, learned Counsel for the Applicant has tendered a pursis dated 12.12.2025 which was tendered before the Family Court, Aurangabad. The said pursis mentions that parties have settled their dispute amicably and again started residing together with their daughter.

In view of the parties reconciling their relationship and filing of the joint pursis before the Family Court, Aurangabad, the present MCA has become infructuous.
