Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Ms. Wast submits that she has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and undertakes to file Vakalatnama within one week.

The learned Counsel for the respondent further specifically submits that she has instructions to make a statement that the respondent has no objection to transfer Criminal Misc. Application No.989 of 2017 from the Court of JMFC, (Cantonment) Pune to the Family Court at Ahmednagar.

The statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.
Criminal Misc. Application No.989 of 2017 pending on the file of JMFC (Cantonment), Pune, stands transferred to the Family Court at Ahmednagar, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

The learned JMFC (Cantonment), Pune, shall transfer the record and proceedings in Criminal Misc. Application No.989 of 2017 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Ahmednagar, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Application stands disposed.
No costs.
