In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Application which read as under:

"a) To transfer the Marriage 'Petition A No.

329 of 2024 filed by the Respondent pending before the Ld. Family Court at Solapur to the Court of Ld. Family Court at Pune .

b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Application, to stay further hearing and proceeding bearing Marriage Petition A No. 329 of 2024 filed by the Respondent pending before the Ld. Family Court at Solapur.
