After the matter was argued for some time, both learned counsel fairly agreed that the proceedings being expedited. 2.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

The Family Court at Pune is directed to transfer the proceeding of P.A. No. 654 of 2022 to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Indapur, within a period of four weeks from today.

4.

After the proceedings are transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Indapur, the hearing of the same should be expedited and should be disposed of by 30 June 2026.

Both the parties through their counsel undertake to cooperate

The statement has been made by learned counsel for the respondent-husband, on instructions, that the arrears amount of Rs.50,000/- will be cleared within a period of four months from today. Statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 7.

It is made clear that two Petitions pending before the Family Court at Pune, filed in P. A. No.654 of 2022 are also to be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Indapur and be heard along with the Divorce Petition being P.a. No.654 of 2022. 8.

The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
