Heard Ms. Kamble, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Both the learned Advocates for the respective parties would inform that during the course of Mediation that the parties have decided to reside together for 90 days and attempted to work out their difference. The parties have also effected consent terms on 08.09.2024. Copy of consent terms i.e. mutual agreement is submitted to the Court and the same is taken on record. I have perused the same.

In view of the Application made by both the learned Advocates for the respective parties and as suggested by them the Miscellaneous Civil Application will have to be adjourned.

I have informed that pursuant to the consent terms both the parties have started residing together. In that view of the matter, concerned Court i.e. Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan is directed to adjourn the matter to next adjourned date in October to a future date keeping in mind the next adjourned date of the present Miscellaneous Civil Application.
