The costs of mediation, if any, shall be borne equally by both parties.

The Mediator shall endeavour to resolve the disputes preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of the present order on the website of High Court, Mumbai. 4.

The Mediator may consider the Respondent-husband's request to appear via video conferencing facility on its own merits. 5.

The learned Advocates for both the parties assure this Court that they will not proceed with their respective matters before the respective Courts until the mediation process is in progress. 6.
