This Court while disposing of the Misc. Civil Application No.58 of 2024 on 4th September 2024 has directed the trial Magistrate to dispose of particular Application within a period of four (4) weeks from that order.

Learned trial Judge has sought for extension of three (3) months as per the letter date 8th October 2024. However, as submitted on behalf of the Applicant, the Interim Application is already decided on 19th October 2024.
