This is an application for transfer of Marriage Petition No. 1679 of 2022 from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune to the Family Court at Pune, where Petition No. A-1240 of 2023 instituted by the husband for dissolution of marriage is pending. 3.

Mr. Udane, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL submits that the Respondent is not averse to the transfer of Marriage by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.03 18:03:03 +0530 Petition No. 1679 of 2022 from the Court of CJSD, Pune to the Family Court at Pune. However, both petitions may be heard together. 1/2

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Application stands allowed.

Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) The Marriage Petition No. 1679 of 2022 pending on the file of CJSD, Pune, stands transferred to the Family Court at Pune, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

(iii) The Marriage Petition No. 1679 of 2022 be heard along with Petition No. A-1240 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

(iv) The learned CJSD, Pune, shall transfer the record and proceedings in Marriage Petition No. 1679 of 2022 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Pune, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Application disposed.
