The learned counsel for the Respondent-Husband submits that she is also intending to file Miscellaneous Civil Application seeking transfer of the Petition filed by the Applicant-Aunt for custody of the child.

List the present MCA after two weeks. Meanwhile, MCA if filed by the Respondent-Husband, may provide the number in the Registry and Registry to list both the matters together.
