After the matter was argued for sometime, both the counsel on instructions of their respective client, submits that the dispute between the parties, i.e the husband and wife, can be referred to mediation.

Accordingly, the dispute between the parties be referred to the mediation center of Bombay High Court, for appointment of a trained Mediator.

3.

In the meanwhile, both the parties shall not take any coercive steps in any of the proceedings filed by them against each other, till the Report of Mediator is received by their Court and is perused by this Court.
