Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband fairly conceded for transfer of Petition No.A-239 of 2023 filed by the respondent-husband for divorce in the Family Court at Kolhapur to the Family Court at Solapur.

On such transfer, it is directed that the applicant-wife would not seek unnecessary adjournments in the matter without informing the respondent-husband well in advance so as to avoid inconvenience to the husband to travel to Solapur, so also, the Family Court at Solapur is directed to permit the respondent-husband to appear through video Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:
