This is an application for transfer filed by the wife of respondent seeking transfer of the domestic violence proceedings from Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karad, Satara to the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane.

The applicant is seeking transfer of a proceeding on the ground that earlier she was residing at Karad, Satara when she filed the domestic violence proceeding. However, thereafter, she has shifted to Thane in search of a job. She has now secured a job at Thane, and she is also residing at Thane with her brother. Hence, she is seeking
